White Belt Classes 6:00pm/6:50pm
STEPPING TECHNIQUES
Stepping Middle Punch
- Stepping forward with the LEFT leg first
- Middle Punch with the FRONT hand
- Ready hand pulled to the hip
- Repeat with RIGHT side
Stepping Middle Block
- Stepping forward with the LEFT leg first
- Middle Block with the FRONT hand – “Scoop the ice cream, look at your nails”
- Ready hand pulled to the hip
- Repeat with RIGHT side
Stepping High Block
- Stepping forward with the LEFT leg first
- High Block with the FRONT hand – “Scoop the ice cream, show your armpit”
- Ready hand pulled to the hip
- Repeat with RIGHT side
Stepping Low Block
- Stepping forward with the LEFT leg first
- Low Block with the FRONT hand – “FRONT hand to your shoulder, dust the dirt”
- Ready hand pulled to the hip
- Repeat with RIGHT side
Stepping Front Snap Kick
- RIGHT leg back Fighting Stance
- REAR leg STEPPING Front Snap Kick – “Bend it, Kick it, Stomp it”
- Make sure the kicking foot lands – “In FRONT”
- Repeat with RIGHT side
Jab
- RIGHT leg back Fighting Stance
- High Punch with the FRONT hand
Reverse Punch
- RIGHT leg back Fighting Stance
- Middle Punch with the REAR hand
Combination #1
- RIGHT leg back Fighting Stance
- REAR leg Front Snap Kick – “Bend it, Kick it, Bend it, Back”
- Jab
- Reverse Punch
- Repeat with RIGHT side
Colored Belt Class – 7:40pm

Brown and Red Belts should come to class prepared with their Martial Arts and Crafts knives.
